Aren’t you tired trying to remember when the bills are due and which bills you paid? What about getting charged with late fees month after month? If you said yes, the Smart Bill Calendar Spreadsheet may be the perfect solution for you!
Easy to Use Budget Spreadsheet
I designed this bill tracker Spreadsheet based on simplicity and ease of use. So if you’re not already familiar with spreadsheets or Google sheets, don’t worry, it’s super easy! Plus, I’ve included a “Read Me” tab with easy to follow instructions to help you get started.
Other than the “Read Me” tab to help you get started, the bill calendar is one easy to use tab. The Bill Calendar tab consists of your smart calendar, income tracker, bills tracker and cash flow chart.
How to use the Bill Calendar Spreadsheet
First, you will enter your starting balance into the cash flow, the rest will calculate for you after you enter your income and bills. The Cash Flow chart shows you how much money you have left over after the bills are paid.
Next you will enter your sources of incomes, due dates and amounts. Then do the same for your bills. Once you’ve entered your starting balance, incomes and bills, your new bill calendar is all set up!
All that’s left to do is tick the checkboxes when you receive your income or pay your bills and watch your cash flow update for you. The incomes and bills will automatically populate on the calendar for you once you enter their due dates. (Even though the tracker will only show the day, you must enter the full due date with month, day and year.)
