Affordable Back to School Clothes for Girls

I can’t believe I’m already doing back to school clothes shopping for my daughter. This can be such a dreaded time for parents because back to school shopping can be quite expensive. Don’t worry, there’s plenty of affordable options out there if you put the time into looking for the right ones. Lucky for you, I’ve already done that for you! Below I’m going to share with you some of the items from our girls back to school clothes shopping list.

Cute Girls T Shirts

Amazon Essentials (formerly known as Spotted Zebra) has some really good options for back-to-school clothes shopping on a budget. This pack comes with 5 T shirts and at the time of writing this, is on sale for only $17.99! That’s a really good deal!! They have several options for you to choose from when it comes to colors, styles and sizes. Sizes range from toddler size 2T all the way to XXL youth.

 

Girls Capri Leggings

Another back to school deal I grabbed from the new Amazon Essentials line are these girls’ capri leggings. They come in packs of 3-5 and also have sizes ranging from 2T – XXL. Additionally they have all different prints and colors to choose from. I l like how they give you a combination of prints and solid colors in each set. These leggings also mix and match very well with the Amazon Essentials T Shirts I shared previously.

 

Girls Full-Length Leggings

In addition to the legging capris, we needed some full-length leggings as well. I’ve purchased a set of these leggings before and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of them, so I decided to get some more of them again this year. There are so many different options to choose from, however, the price does vary a bit from item to item. Each time I have bought these girls’ leggings, I have gotten them for around $20 for a pack of 5. That’s just $4 a pair, you really can’t go wrong there.

 

Cute Tops for Girls

I also grabbed this set of cute tops from Amazon to pair with some jeans and jeggings I got on sale from Kohls. They have a bit more frill than the T Shirts I shared previously and can be worn casually or dressed up with a cute cardigan, which I also got on sale from Kohls! Most importantly the quality is great.

 

 

Girls Skinny Jeans

I couldn’t believe the deal I got on these Children’s Place Skinny Jeans!! They are on sale now for just $9.99 plus a $2 off coupon making the total only $7.99 a pair! Jeans are a staple item for the wardrobe, as they are very versatile and will match well with any of the tops I purchased and can be dressed up or down.

 

 

Girls Cardigan Sweaters

Speaking of cardigan sweaters, here is a cute one I found! This cable knit cardigan sweater is also a very versatile piece and can be worn with so many things to create different outfits. My favorite part about this sweater is that it is just like mine, Now my little mini me can match with me! I’ll be watching for them to go on sale to grab another color. 🙂

 

 

Girls Camisole Tank Tops

Lastly we needed some girls tank tops for my daughter to wear underneath her tops. I first purchased a pack of fruit of the loom girls tank tops, and while I was happy with the tank tops themselves, they weren’t what I need for her to be able to wear as an undershirt. I decided to go with this set of girls’ camisoles (yet again from Amazon Essentials!) They are a little pricier than some of the other options out there but definitely not the most expensive. I feel like they were the best deal for the style and quality I was looking for.
