I recently published an article about a Digital IEP Checklist I created for my Etsy shop. This item has been such a hit, I decided to expand upon it and have now created the Ultimate IEP Planner! You can still find the original IEP checklist in my Etsy shop if you are looking for something simple, but if you are looking for something more for complete Special Education Caseload Management, keep reading about the all new Ultimate IEP Checklist Planner.
What makes this IEP Planner so Ultimate?
With 56 tabs total, this IEP Spreadsheet Planner has everything you need for complete caseload management. In addition to the original IEP checklist, the Ultimate IEP Planner includes an IEP services and goals checklist, as well as an accommodations checklist and a goals and objectives template. It also includes an easy to follow read me guide tab and 50 student tabs ready to go, plus an easy to navigate index tab.
Simplify Your IEP Caseload Management
IEP Caseload Management can be a lot to keep track of, but it doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful. This IEP Spreadsheet Planner was designed with teachers and students in mind. First, you will find the “Read Me” sheet, a brief intro to the IEP Planner to help you get started. Next, is the new “Index” tab feature, which provides a quick glance at all of your tabs or sheets and includes a hyperlinked button you can click on to jump to each sheet. There is no need to edit this sheet as the labels on the student buttons will automatically update once you add their name to their “Goals & Objectives” sheet.
After the index, you have the original IEP Checklist tab and a Progress tab. The Progress tab includes a chart showing all students progress of the IEP Checklist and does not need to be edited. Next up you will find a new Goals and Services Tracker which includes a services checklist section, targets for each semester, and goals section. The new Accommodations tab includes a checklist of 28 pre-filled accommodations organized by category. Additionally, I’ve included extra blank rows where you can add in your own custom accommodations.
I would love to hear what you think about the Ultimate IEP Planner in the comments below. Would this fit your needs as a Special Education Teacher? Is there any other checklists or features you would like to see added? Let me know by leaving a comment!
